A devotee of Pilates and yoga, she believes in nurturing the whole person- not just the hair. Six years ago, she traded city life for the calm of the Hills, creating a slower, nature-filled life for her family.

With 22 years in the hair industry, Bianca's career was forged at Toni & Guy's iconic Sydney locations- a foundation that shaped her into the master colourist she is today. Certified with Wella, L'Oréal, and Delorenzo, her work has graced runways and fashion shoots with equal ease.

Outside the spa, she's a Pilates devotee, a runner, and a proud mother of two — with four three beloved sausage dogs keeping life wonderfully full.

With 29 years of experience across beauty and aesthetics, Raquel brings a rare depth of expertise to everything she does. After successfully owning and operating her own beauty clinic for 12 years, she went on to lead management across cosmetic clinics, day spas, and hair and beauty salons, building a career defined by excellence at every level.

Today, Raquel's focus is singular and deliberate. Cosmetic Brow Tattooing is her true passion, and it shows. Known for delivering exceptional, high-end results with an unwavering attention to detail, she has built a reputation that speaks for itself.
